I have updated information on the website, but not the color scheme, because…I am hoping to move to WordPress, so you guys can upload your stories yourselves. However, I won't switch to WordPress until after assignments are out, to avoid confusion.

In addition, I am really busy offline this year, and I am not able to do the heavy promotion that I have done in past years. If you guys want to see lots of people from lots of fandoms participate, I really need you to promote the fest to other people. I am only going to be able to post to multi-fandom comms. If you want people to participate in your particular fandom, please promote the fest in your fandom-specific comms or try to get it listed with your fandom specific newsletters.

Relevant Dates

• Monday, September 24: signups open
• Monday, October 22: Last day of signups
• Sunday, October 28: assignments sent out
• Saturday, December 29: Stories due by 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time (UTC -5).
  This is a hard and fast deadline, due to the seasonal nature of the project.
• Thursday, January 5: Cookies due by 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time (UTC -5)
• Friday, January 6 (Three Kings Day): stories posted
• Friday, January 13: authors revealed

As usual, I tried only to offer fandoms that I thought might possibly be requested. I'm familiar with... well, you know how many fandoms I'm familiar with. If you're having trouble matching up requests and offers, just ask and I'll let you know if I'm familiar enough with a fandom to write for it.
