First round of confirmation e-mails sent

I have sent a confirmation to everyone who has signed up to I Saw Three Ships through 1:26 p.m. EST on October 18.

Pinchhitters and story participants all got the same e-mail, so don't be alarmed if you only signed up to pinch hit and the e-mail mentions assignments.

Quick question: is it inconvenient if we sign up for pinch-hitting only now and later add an assignment-participant signup? I definitely want to be in the pinch-hitting list, though I'm not quite sure yet if I'm going to sign up for the whole thing. (My pinch-hitting fandoms are usually different from my sign-up fandoms anyway, too.)
