1.) I didn't see anything in last year's fics, but I don't know if that's just because it wasn't requested. I know in The Vampire Diaries, I've been seeing a possible threesome the whole time, but it involves incest. I can see a few other possibilities for other threesomes, but none as obvious as the primary one that's seen more as a love triangle.
2.) Haven on SyFy has good threesome potential. I've been thinking about requesting and/or writing something for it (outside of 3_ships). Unfortunately, the fandom for it is still rather small.
3.) I have an AO3 account and I'll probably post there, but I still default to posting to LJ since that's where I spend most of my time. I'm pretty open to anything that gets decided about this.
4.) It actually took me a minute to figure out what you were talking about on this one, so obviously, I've never had problems with it.
