I think Covert Affairs might have some threesome shipping - I know I'm into Jai/Auggie/Annie and I'm not the only one. That would be 1 & 2.
I'm not really into using AO3 if only because it still gives me trouble. I'm sure that's my dial up at least in part, but nevertheless trouble is trouble. Still if you decide to I'll post there - I do for Yuletide and will for any other challenges that ask for it.
Sadly I cannot help with the commenting systems. I am very bad at that.
Though I didn't mind - unless it's more work for you - when you did the comment threads in the LJ comm as well. Just a thought.
