Turning in your story
Dec. 29th, 2010 09:38 pm![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
I have responded by e-mail to everyone who has submitted a story to this point.
If you have already submitted your story to me by e-mail and I have NOT replied to confirm I received it, comment to this entry with
(a) the e-mail address you sent from
(b) the e-mail address you sent to (which should have been zvi at slashx hyphen files dot com)
(c) the first and last sentence of your story.
If you are going to submit your story, and you are worried about me receiving it, you may, IN ADDITION to e-mailing it to me, PM me your story or save the story to an online wordprocessor like Google Docs or Zoho Writer or Adobe Buzzword and give me access to the document.
Also, please, please, please, please send your story as Plain Text. Your word processor may call this ASCII, Text Only, Simple Text, etc. I already got one story in RTF and two in docx. :(
As you know, stories are due tonight at midnight Eastern Standard Time (UTF -5). However, you have a grace period, which is until I wake up and start logging stories to see who has turned something in. You may be pleased to note that I am sick, and the grace period is likely to be longer rather than shorter. (However, please take note! The gods of perversity may trouble us all, and I could be unable to sleep due to coughing fits, and start logging stories again at 1 AM EST.)
In any case, I am very excited to see what all everyone has turned in. Exciting times, participants, exciting times!
(eta: clarify for already submitted people what to do.)
