Possibly late opening
I am very sorry to announce that there may be a delay in opening I Saw Three Ships. I thought someone was going to deliver a pinch hit today, but they didn't do it, and I haven't heard from them. I have resent the request to the pinch hit list, but since very few people responded to the pinch hit request before, I may be writing the story myself. Unfortunately for all of us, there is another pinch hit that I am also working on, so I don't know if I will be able to finish both stories by January 6.
If you didn't sign up to pinch hit but you would like to see if you can help with this siutation, please PM me to ask to see the request. The request is in one large British fandom, one large anime fandom, and one action movie that was quite popular but is not a large fandom AFAIK.
At this point, I will gladly accept stories under a thousand words. Thanks for whatever help you can give.
ETA: Several people have stepped forward and offered to do their best, which is all I ask of any participant or pinch hitter. I will still happily send the request to anyone who wants to take a whack at it, but I believe the crisis is, at least, reduced, if not averted.
