1 and 2. I'm going with Doctor Who (Eleven/Amy/Rory and Eleven/Amy/River) and Glee (Rachel/Quinn/Finn, Will/Emma/Terri, and possibly Sue/Will/Emma (oh so wrong but totally needed) here.
3. Whatever really. I have an AO3 account but I'm happy posting wherever. And even if the fest is run AO3, I think its a good idea to have a collection there to make it easier for others to find the stories. One could look through the tags, but... I don't and I have to wonder how many other people do (even though I do tag the hell out of my works xD ).
