Remember, there is no medium or minimum length requirement for cookies.

Feel free to use the comments to this entry to point people to interesting prompts they may have overlooked. (Yes, they can be your prompts, but try looking around a little, too.)

I have a suggestion. Maybe next year, you could allow the Cookie Jar an extra day (like Yuletide and Yuletide Madness) after the main challenge opens? Unless it's easier for you the other way of course.

I'll try to give people a reminder about the Cookie Jar earlier, when the 3 Ships stories come in, but you actually already have more time (between stories due for 3 Ships and stories due for the Cookie Jar) than between when stories are due for Yuletide and when stories are due for Yuletide Madness. And there's not so many of either 3 Ships stories or the Cookie Jar, that I feel like stories would go unnoticed at 3 Ships because people were distracted by the Cookie Jar fanworks.

I mean, was that why you wanted extra time or was there something else I'm not getting?

That is a good point, and I see what you mean. Not really, was just thinking the reminder might be good, but you make a good point that earlier would work better.
