Yes, one can leave a cookie jar prompt. At the moment, everybody is restricted to one prompt.

I was sort of afraid that if I left it unrestricted, someone would go in and post a billion prompts, and you wouldn't even see anyone else's, but maybe that's too restrictive? I'll see if I get any activity in the next few days.
